Max huffs out a quiet laugh at Brian's expense anyway, though he frowns a little when Gus grabs his shirt, squatting up and down on the couch. A lot of the time, Max tries to keep his distance from Gus. Not because he doesn't like the kid, but because he doesn't know what the hell he's supposed to do with him.
